There's no deal until it's signed, the MOU is just a nothingburger. So the final deal (if there's any deal in the work) can be price at .12 or .005 or anything else

Will the deal be affected if the sp drops? What do you think? Unbelievable that folks are this thick. Why would Sonoro shareholders accept a deal if SNV was $0.05 rather than $0.12? Conversely, why would the UAE co accept the deal if SNV was $0.25 rather than $0.12? It's not a rule that companies have market makers hold the SP in a range until the deal closes. Why wouldn't UAE co accept the deal if SNV was $0.25 rather than $0.12??? they would be sitting on a 100% unrealized gain already. only concern is if it goes low and MenaCo wants to reprice shares lower

You don't understand. The deal is priced at apples to apples. If the SP on the one side changes significantly then its no longer apples to apples. The deal will need to be repriced, which often leads to no deal at all.

Ark i completely understand how a fixed issuance price would work. The issue as you state, if it move drastically either way one party will always want more. The question is, at a 20% premium to current SP is it a concern.

Slyfox great question will depend who these new shareholders are and if any of them are current shareholders if so acting in good faith best for all Sonoro shareholders  anything different is of major concern and why are Sonoro letting price drop so much ??

Good for them (and us) if then can persuade MENACo that they can improve their wells with that tech, but I'm not sure that having just one well producing next to nothing is a great proof of concept.

If no news this week I think it's most likely dead, there's no reason to take longer if things was already agreed in the MOU.    And if it's dead then as usual they will probably go silent for a few more weeks before announcing it and puting the fault to someone else.
