Insider Buying & Insider Selling.

Just wanted peoples thoughts on this.....

Berezowski has 340,000 shares and 200000 options as per the last SEDi report. I am not sure why he sold 10,000 shares. Tognetti holds more than 11,000,000 shares from what I can see and is its greatest holder. He continues to buy. No real changes or selling that I can see from my read of the insider reports.
