It looks to me that Tognetti (Haywood) is buying more shares and First Energy is selling more shares. Who is the smarter party here?

sorry to say, but with such little volumes there's nothing you can conclude... unless we get >500k shares traded this illiquid stock can always jump around +/- 10% without any news and no conclusion can be drawn.. So for now sit tight and wait for the next quarterly results eom, I hope this time around positive earnings (estimate 10-11cents/share) will attract more investors and we will ...more
