Tognetti only insider backing this stock up

Where are these insiders?  I've owned this stock for 2 years and I have never seen any of these board members buy a share.  If it wasn't for Tognetti this stock would probably be 30 cents.   Most of these guys make 150k and up yet can't afford to spend 5-10k annually to buy some shares.  If your not going to keep us shareholders in the loop then at least show some support for the company and its shareholders.
