Im sure company was told not to speak to anyone until the court was through. Now hopefully they can file their financials and remove the CTO so we can access the stock.

Court Records indicate that the land and holding remain and what is being done is to protect the company from creditors. You can read the whole thing if you google speakeasycannibissedar
