Why is this stock dropping like a rock

Can anyone fill me in on why this stock is dropping like a rock. I have searched and searched and can't find anything significant retaining to this. What did I miss?

THis is a highly promoted stock. If you see their presentation, it said they are in financing discussions for the project, and get into production in 2023.  How is on earth when you haven't drilled a hole on the property, don't have a resource at all, and no even PEA, and started financing the project, and got into production in 2023?
