First hand experience with prostate cancer.

$SPHS Season's Greetings! Last year I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and my PSA reading was 6.0. In June 2020 my PSA went down to 5.5. I just heard from my Urologist today and found out that my latest PSA blood work registered a 3.8. So despite Covid it is a very good Christmas for me. I just want to share what it is that I believe influenced a much better PSA reading. drfuhrman.com/ opened our eyes and forksoverknives.com/ helped to sustain a full transition to not eating meat, dairy, or egg products anymore. Also, my wife bought me Garmin Fitness Tracker for Christmas last year, which I found helped motivate me to walk as much as 100 miles in one week. I went from almost 220 down to 170 lbs. My current average is 11,213 steps daily. How we live, what we put in our bodies is a lot more important than I ever thought. I'm very grateful to have found this information before it was too late. Stay healthy guys and pass it on! Keep well, Brian Crich
