Outstanding warrants at $0.22

I suspect the price might hover around $0.22 for a bit since we do have a significant number of outstanding warrants at that price (over 17 million).  As of April 2017, the outstanding warrants are as follows:

Most of their warrants were issued to employees only. It gives the warrant holders the right to pruchase the stocks at .07 and they expire 5 years form issue date. They were issued last year so I really dought it anyone would sell nor exercise them before than. There were some that were issued on shorter terms to investors at a higher price.

Thanks for clearing that up Juliio 101, you beat me to it, people should do a little research into how the company issued the warrants to most of their employes, so I ask those out there who say there's tons of cheap paper to be unloaded, if you had a million shares at $.07 and had 4 yrs to sell it would you sell it now or wait for a MUCH higher price, Think About It!!

If  they purchased the stock at $.07 then they have 5 years, if they didn't purchase the stock and kept the warrants then they would expire on their dates

Warrants are never easy to figure out, especially if there are add on deals, the numbers change and the investor never really knows how many warrants are actually out there.

I would recomend to anyone to do research outside reading posts in here. I read all these  64 pages financial report. I would answer the questions but I don't reward laziness. DODD https://www.nutritionalhigh.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/25432-FS_MDA_TXT.pdf

Well said falcon. Look at the sector volume and momentum right now. Every investor & their mother are junping into the pot stocks. Trolls on these boards are trying to use scare tactics to trick us into selling shares. EAT will easily see $1 this sector is on fire.

Makes sense to me Battlemage, $.22 strike price is just that, have seen many stocks trade well above their strike prices when the sector is on fire like what we have with these pot stocks, I guess it all depends on how the market is reacting and how much time is left for the warrant to expire.

Considering we can trade up to 20,000,000 shares in a single day - i think we can do this without too many concerrns.
