Long game

Yeah, it sucks but its an opportunity to focus elsewhere or with others.   It's not EAT that has the issue, but Palo Verde...  it almost sounds like a political shot

These posts to make you feel better do nothing but harm. Not panicked nellies, this raises ethical questions and not something EAT wants riding its name, especially now. I sold a while back but have been waiting to get back in, this is not great news, even with Cali.

I agree. Once we recieve news confirming the denied licenses (there was a few) it'll pick the scab and bring more light to this mess.
