Is it just me, or are they trying to bury the NODs?  Slyly releasing it over the weekend, and now another NR promoting the dab which states at the end that currently  "FLI-branded products are being manufactured and distributed in Colorado by Palo Verde LLC, the tenant at the Company’ s Pueblo, Colorado facility."  This will all be worth nothing if Palo Verde is shut down....  I'm not impressed with the company's release of information, and what seems to equate to "cover-up".  I sold all my shares, but will be watching.  Might buy back in around .15, but not if they get their PR BS sorted.  GLTA

No disrespect but this is pretty stupid reasoning.  They are obligated by law to announce material news right away.  This was right away, and frankly doing it before Monday's trading it was clear this was not strangely advantageous to them  - quite the opposite.  When news happens, you release it. It's law.  You don't cherry pick your timing.

What are you talking about?? They got the news Friday and had to vet their issue with lawyers and thus couldn't get it out on Friday so they did it the next possible day which was Saturday. If they really wanted to bury news then they wouldn't release it and deal with those consequences.  There are other companies that dont put out releases for every tidbit, such as financials.  If those are stellar for some companies then it goes directly to SEDAR without a peep, hoping to slide under the radar until some diligent investor picks it up and announces to the rest of the
