Kinda dumb question I don't quite understand

When it says ask price is .729...but market is .66 or something similar and the bid is the same...does that mean a jump upon open?

Ask price is the lowest price someone is willing to sell it for Bid priice is the highest price someone is willing to buy it for.  In that case there would be a jump assuming nothing changes.It all depends on the BID too.. if the Bid is lower than Ask than someone has to change their price. Either the ASK price has to get lowered of if its a bull market than the BIDers might change their
