Lawmakers React To Sessions Anti-Marijuana Move

A lot of backing on this I hope Sessions has some common sense and fu*ks off and goes and deal with some actual problems like opiates.

This might be the MJ movements WATERSHED moment  The best thing that ever happened to the movement. Finally politicians will get it right and band together My guess Sessions quits  before  Mon and this finally gets resolved. HE WILL be HUMILIATED in this one garuanteed RB2

Thing is, there's a whole lot of wealthy campaign donors in the US making money on marijuana prohibition and their money goes to law-and-order Republicans like Sessions. It's got nothing to do with the dangers of drugs, morality, or ideology. He's just doing what his donors pay him to do. And as much as I wish you were right, he's not going anywhere real soon.

Amanda it may actually been wishful thinking on maybe part Maybe just a gut feeling I just don’t think it will end well for him RB2

Is It Not Bad Timing on Jeff's Part I say bad timming as is there still not a looming Federal budget negotiation in a few weeks time? Will he not have just lit a fire? Or is it a strategy to give away relaxing MJ rules in exchange for other budget line items?

great link, thx! holy moly .. reading the responses from most Senators and Governors, I don’t think there is much doubt that they will fight Sessions. Hard.  not it sure about any of you on this board, but I’m even more convinced that the US is going to lift any “reservations” about MJ going forward.
