Think again. WEED, MJN, ACB are all MEDICINAL suppliers with AMCPR licenses. same with the other 42 symbols on the exchange that DIDN'T get this letter.

No short here - all my MJs are supposed to be long-term holds. But, this one cannot be part of that strategy from here on in. I don't expect the symbol to last the quarter.

You didn't know about the delisting thing before you bought it? That's pretty old news.

Over 9 months ago TSX announced this news that they would delist companies not complying to federal law. As far as EAT continues to cooperate individually in all states they have no issue. The feds will only become involved if there was interstate activity. That would require fed intervention. Besides that it falls under state law and both Colorado and California have come out publicly saying
