Well we got 8 million out of the 10 and that's actually amazing considering the horrible timing of the PP. Literally right in the middle of the bubble bursting, which is just unlucky. Still, 8 million is going to be enough for the acquisitions we've announced so we should probably be closing on those very soon.

EAT got $8 mil out of a possible $15 mil.  A little better than 50% of the total potential of the deal.  The date could probably have been extended or they need the money now!  It will keep the lights burning for awhile, will add more shares to the float and that financing is going to  cost 10% in interest in addition to the 8% finders fee.  When you get too many fires

Colorado and our clinic are both profitable so we may have enough from that to keep us from getting too out of control. If we can close the Nevada deal quickly we'll start getting monthly cash from that as well. We have other facilities that are very close to completion so we may see profits from that later this year. They were obviously aware of the amount they raised while making the moves as of late, so I'm confident they have a plan according to their resources. Debt is necessary to develop long term profitability.
