Does anyone know if the GTNV deal is dead or not? Would be great if either side issued an official statement. Good or bad we need to know.

Transfering permits and such takes time, be patient. I've already explained why I believe it's all going according to plan in a previous post, and I'll add that I've also noticed this: they added a new paragraph in NH's description at the end of news releases recently.
