Hatching or cracking?  For investors that haven't been around here as long as I have, this is EAT's second run at Nevada.  I was very excited the first time they tried because it was timely and made sense.  Then they dropped the ball.  Where they applied for licensing got queered by the powers who be and the partner they chose couldn't raise the funds.  Instead ...more
