selling assets

raises lots of questions.  Illinois and now manufacturing equipment.  Sounds like a need for cash.  I'm hanging my hopes on the V.NU deal which is supposed to have infused energy style products out in November.  Hopefully this is a real deal and not another EAT flop.  Up a little pricewise today probably due to the midterms.  Lots of speculation that the FED issue will be dealt with after the midterms and Jeffie Sessions might get put out to pasture.
EAT better have a hook in because when the US goes legal, everybody and their dog will be in the fight for marketshare and we don't have a record of getting anything done quick.  glta and dyodd

Agreed Geo, sounds like a desperate attempt for cash. Why else sell your equipment only to lease it back?  The cash cow that was supposed to be Calyx in Cali is producing a lot of revenue but not much profit and whatever profit they are creating is going to service EAT's debt facilities.  This company is full of liabilities.  Also, can't fully remember the terms but ...more

Typical the troll twins make an appearance on potentially the most important day of our life time. The beginning. If you don't know what that means, you shouldn't be here. Maybe the Blue Wave will sweep away some of these redundant trolls. Truth is you two have no fukin clue why NH does what they do. RB2

Lol ok let me ask the strong bulls on this board, especially Greede and RB2 are you guys loading up shares at these low .20's levels now? Are you putting your money where your mouth is or are you just pumping it up in order to get out?  Truth is, it is pretty clear why they would be selling equipment they only bought in the past year or so in order to lease it back. It is simple. They ...more

My post history speaks for itself. I have been loading up since 2015. All in baby and trust me I've seen it all with these guys. You know what keeps me here? 2/3 Americans (66%) want recreational cannabis. All you need to know RB2

Well I admire your perservation, can you please help me figure out why the fact that 66% of Americans want recreational cannabis keeps you here. Why not another company that has achieved at least 10 times more than Nutritional High has in the past 3 years?

I just dont undestand why you post here if you not believe in EAT? Can you just go and stop make a fool of you. thx

Because I have followed the company for such a long time and since then learned about many other companies in the industry. I'm still mind boggled with how poorly this one is executing when they started so long ago. I once held hundreds of thousands of EAT shares and now I only own a very small portion just in the hope that I will wake up one day to some big news.

You once posted “did anyone else get cheap shares at .435”?  Few weeks later you said if stock hit .30 we would never hear from you again because you sold everything in EAT.  Unfortunately we’re below .3 and why are you still here and posting?

Edibles it's quite simple. I chose NH for numerous reasons of which I've outlined several times over the years. 2/3 of Americans want cannabis legal. Why EAT? California Vegas Scale Access to banks Did I mention Jim has a fully functioning chocolate factory in Florida with space to spare Did I mein that most of the reviews for FLI are of the charts List goes on and on really..... Exactly, how did these 2 buffoons commandeer our board and lower the collective IQ of this once vibrant board.   Well said RB2. Good things coming for EAT and I'll be there when it happens.

They own the facility and the equipment and sell/lease them to their partner in the state who does the actual manufacturing. Illinois was nothing but rental income for them, selling that facility for such a huge gain was a good idea.
Comment by EdiblesRlife on Nov 06, 2018 2:17pm
...but the news release was about selling the Sacramento California facility equipment...nothing to do with Illinois. from the article, "Nutritional High International Inc. has completed a sale and leaseback financing of certain equipment located at its FLI NorCal facility, located in Sacramento, California, and has leased other equipment to be delivered in short order."
Comment by albafloss on Nov 06, 2018 2:57pm
The equipment was sold to their partner in Sacramento, California. The part I mentioned about Illinois was in response to the OP's complaint about "First Illinois, now this?"

From my exerience this spells delay!!!!  There are real live marijuana hopefuls out there, with fistfulls of cash and the same idea as we have that are executing faster.  There are huge pools of money out there for the greenrush and where are they gonna go.  EAT or somebody that can get things done????
