They've got some new guys

on board but they have gone awfully quiet which I prefer over the fluff.  If Posner distanced himself from this company I see that as a plus.  He is spread himself pretty thin with all of his new listings and directorships.  It makes you wonder if he is doing anything constructive for us.  Jim Frazier seems like a no-nonsense type of guy that can get it done.  Billy Morrison is smart too imho  and been around the biz for a long time.  He has taken care of himself pretty well along the way but he has oil extraction experience that has been in demand.
California is going full boar but draggin' anchor with their over-regulation at every level.  I still think it is our best bet to get things rolling and that we should do that before we take on the world.  glta and dyodd

No news is good news, for now.  And best these guys stay away from giving interviews, they suck at it!  Stay back in the lab and worry about execution. GLTA

I wouldn't say no news is good news. It's been a year (almost to the day) that EAT originally announced the GT acquisition. Each passing day without a deal closure announcement leaves me to believe there were issues with their paperwork. It's already happened a few times before so I wouldn't be surprised. I know they gave an update a couple months ago that everything was submitted ...more

Oh I have no doubt the deal will go through. I just think this is a critical piece to the profitability puzzle that could have been sorted out well before now. I just don't want to see EAT get left behind because others executed better. Don't get me wrong, I'm very optimistic about EAT's future. Just a bit frustrated and venting here as I watch stagnant money.

Impatient too.  Let them concentrate on execution.  Analyzing those at the top does leave a bit to desire, as a previous poster has noted on several occasions.  They are not getting left behind yet.  The industry is still very new with plenty of mix to mash up.  Proper execution and build up is key.  A lot of names will change hands in the coming months.

IMHO I hope they don’t get bought out for awhile , let the income rose a bit then share price increases . Then make it happen so much higher price tags

Nope, no where did I say that.  I just THINK the entire industry is going to go through a lot of changes and “amalgamations”.  Eventually there will just be a few big players supplying the market.  As of now, the landscape is still an infant.

We get it Geo, You have a pickle up your ar$e for David Posner. I'm pretty sure he had a lot to do with starting the company and getting Jim and Billy on board. So I think he hasn't done too badly. What you fail to understand is that this isn't a bakery. Where you make bread and people buy it or not.  NH has had to deal with an illegal substance that cannot cross borders ...more

100% Oggy. We have been feeding Geovany the same logical argument for the last 3 years, still not registering. Your points are well made, all of them!!! NH is chugging along and doing their things. Hopefully their numbers will be of the charts RB2
