Doesn't make any sense. Did they have know bargainig in this deal because did they immediately need it for GT? I'm wondering if thats the case. As well as GT negotiating a higher price.

It's really bad for the shareholder to see that leaders put a price of 0.20 ... it will be hard to motivate people paid more than the company's valuation at $ 0.20
