Nutritional High's Partner Obtains Southern California Provisional Distribution License

 Nutritional High International Inc. ("Nutritional High" or the "Company") (CSE: EAT, OTCQB: SPLIF, FRANKFURT: 2NU) is pleased to announce that its distribution partner and licensed operator in Southern California has received a one-year provisional distribution license for adult-use and medicinal products. In conjunction with the recently granted provisional distribution license for its Sacramento facility (announced June 12, 2019), the Company has effectively tripled its distribution capacity in the past month. Operations under the new license will commence immediately.


"With this license in place in our southernmost location, we are positioned to expand the scope, frequency and quality service throughout the State of California," commented Dakota Sullivan, CEO of Calyx Brands, the Company's wholly owned licensed distribution subsidiary. "We currently serve more than 500 dispensaries and we expect this number to increase significantly over the next couple years. According to licensing data from the Bureau of Cannabis Control, SoCal is home to the largest number of licensed dispensaries in California and where the majority of new retailers are expected to open. This license helps secure our position as one of the largest distributors of edibles in the State and puts us well on our way to becoming the largest distributor of cannabis products overall."

Unlikely, but at least it’s positive.  Need to get their expenses under control, ensure their inventory is secured, concentrate on the distribution side of things, and hopefully get taken out.  Small steps.  Hope it’s not too late.
