don't forget they do have an MC of 40 million which is pretty good considering .... if they were to double in SP putting them at 22 cents with a MC of 80 million ... the problem is that they are diluting so rapidly !! for them to get back to $1.10 SP that would land them at 400 million MC now that's not happening for a long time who knows may never happen.

and the more they dilute the worse it gets ! maybe that is just an eye opener for you ... its not like they are finished running to the market for more money ...

you also make a number of assumptions , depends on which eye you look through the scope with ! "BUY-OUT" is a big stretch , first and foremost they need to clean that buz. up before anyone even looks at it ! how many demo houses have you bought to fix up ???

They still do have some things to resolve as you mentioned. Another just adding to the mix is an issue at LA Pine as stated in their Monthly Progress Report on CSE due to alleged use of denatured alcohol. They really need to get a manufacturing license and take control of that place.

This is fairly bad news. My understanding is that they weren't actually producing in Oregon yet. I'm a bit surprised. I guess my first hope is that it's not true and my second is that it resolves amicably.

Quite right. Buyout falls into the realm of speculation. What we know is that NH are interested in being aquired we don't know of an interested buyer. They're actually pretty clean in terms of assets and avoiding extranous business lines.
