Now that the bill has passed through the commitee, does anyone have an idea how long it will take before it gets voted in the full House, and then Senate ? Is the process relatively fast from now on or are we expected to still wait months/years ?

Ya same. I think the whole impeachment stuff has taken over. 2021 should be our time. Until then we accumulate RB2

It will sit on McConnell's desk and never be brought up for a vote in the Senate until (hopefully) the dems take over the Senate in 2020.
