Dyme looks to be in worse shape than eat. We'd have to pay off their 24 mill in debt and while they sell 10mill per quarter they only make 12%.

Eat may be dumb but its unlikely they're that dumb. Dionymed is alresdy bankrupt and going into receivership. Unless somehow EAT scooped up their revenue generating assets for a song?
