It appears management was asleep.  The financials came out, the CFO probably swamped with calls to accounts payable and saw how hopeless the financials are and quit. Everyone scrambled to contain the disaster to avoid receivership but it is too late and increasing interest costs will hasten the company's demise. losing plus 1 were still trading -2 times earnings the market is fked up right now especially on the CSE it will turn into be a great 2020 year watch & see
