@DP6969, LOL, you’re still a d!ck hey?  Go be useless somewhere else please.  Kinda trying to make stockhouse respectable once again and you’re one of the virus’s we’re trying to change, reprogram or get rid of.

Haha well said. We need some definitive statements from management. I'll see what I can do on that front. This dog isn't dead just yet but she's sure whimpering.

It sure would be comfortaing if MGMT n insiders were buying it would show some confidence

They should be buying a boat load if they were confident of a successful turnaround.

If they are or plan to sell the company, what would we see insiders doing...... buy, sell, or hold?
Comment by letsflythis on Feb 24, 2020 11:42am
better question is what would they be doing if bankruptcy was coming ???
Comment by pbjake on Feb 24, 2020 3:52pm
I don't know if that is a better question, but it is a question.

We would see a further decline in sales, and a major reduction of assets for a bargain prices(cash deals on the side). Likely a decline in operating costs as well for major layoffs, and the continuation of management turnover.

@Dp6969 You pumped it pretty hard too. We all did at times. I don’t think anyone expected this type of carnage in the pot industry. It was supposed to be a growing industry. Too bad the companies didn’t think profit first.

Most pot cos were poorly managed. Seems like there's only a handful or less or companies that are actually successful businesses that don't lost millions every quarter . What a waste of an opportunity by management sector wide

@420man  So true. A lot of over estimates from analysts that didn’t help us either. I honestly thought EAT had a good thing going if they just would have concentrated on Calyx. Let others make the stuff and we just sell it but they couldn’t even do that very good. Looking back is easy now but so many red flags. I think they were really just hoping to be a buyout target all along. Now all the ...more

A weird time for sure. Yes I think they wanted to be acquired like xanthic bio and lineage . Can't believe they got bought up with basically no assets . Meanwhile eat had/has some good ones ..  I think any remaining shareholders deserve a good conference call or an in depth update on all the goings in each of the states they are active .  - what's going on in Oregon & ...more
