Today's nr

half way through it there is a salvaging of debenture holders and mention of share consolidation.  The last gives me a real bad feeling because I haven't had a share consolidation ever go well for me as a shareholder.  It speaks of huge failure by existing management where they roll back the shares at 1 for 10 and then the sp drops to where it was before the consolidation.  It is the same old management, doing the same old sh!t, all the while consuming the company from the inside out until there is nothing left for small investor shareholders.  We must have some pieces of this shytshow that they still see as valuable enough to keep perpetrating this company as viable.

They would be fking stupid to do a roll back now 10 to 1 ??? They will be worth 20 cents then for fk sakes!!

In theory!  In real life those shares will fall to the preconsolidation value but it brings the sharefloat down.  I don't know if it will be 1 for 10 but they've got a lot of shares out and not much to show for it.  I'm just going by my own past experience with share consolidations.  Maybe some others want to share their experiences.  A 1 or 2 cent stock isn ...more
