Latest nr explains debt for shares for a bunch of lawyers from the sounds of it.  They cleared up half the outstanding debt and diluted this even further with beaten down shareprice shares and the usual little sizzlers that go with shares like options and warrants or some such.  I can't believe how much money has been pizzed against the wall and I am not sure what we have or don't have to show for it.  They have screwed up just about everything they have done which leaves the shareholders at almost nothing of value for shares that were once at $1.  Now we are off on a new adventure with psylicibin and peyote.  What do these guys know about this new shiney attractive field.  Hopefully more than all of those self proclaimed experts knew about marijuana and cbd.  Is Calyx still ours?  Hard to tell what is real or imagined.  Has anyone been able to google up anything about the science corp thing they announced?   glta and dyodd

LOL.  This is exactly how the pump and dumps work.  Szweras and his bunch of cronies just got a bunch of shares back for so called expenses incurred by this ghost company, which more than likely was billing's for their "management" services, aka, sitting around someone's wine cellar smoking cigars.  Those free shares will replace the future shares dumped on the

What I dont get is if you look at their website its full of products ! And a ton of good stuff !! So the question is are they even selling any of it ? Has anyone seen this stuff out in stores ?

Rebound will start when they get approval from state of Colorado to acquire Paolo verdo, unfortunately it's the only place we can see how well out products are doing.
