Gonna take some time to chew thru this

there is a large sell order of 4.4 million shares on the ask by House 076 Industrial Alliance, that's resistance only overcome by volume

By having that sell order at .05 for 4.4 million shares they are forcing other sellers to have to sell into the bid at .045 or .04 if they want to sell...they are holding it down

That Ask of 4.4 million shares at .05 was put there at 12:32, check out a chart for today and see what effect it had
