Well Well

Canopy Growth to buy Supreme....hum......interesting...Nice little jump in the share price too.

435 million dollar deal......Now I have to ask myself Supreme has 734.6 million shares....so it's just about a 38-45 cent deal...So if the majors are starting to buy the middle fish and consolidate the industry how much longer before they start scooping up other pieces to make a bigger pie.

Could be worth much more on a offer????????.....just thinking here but at 2 cents...it would be a theft to offer anything near 2 cents....now that's if there was any sort of talk........

Offering 3 cents would be a 50% premium.  In the nr for the canopy/supreme deal, its stated that supreme shareholders are getting a 66% premium to current share price.  3.5 cents would be a 75% premium here.

And supreme is an established business with great products (their jack haze is one of my favorites), whereas EAT is....ummm...what is EAT, again?

#1, Supreme use to trade for over $2.00 a share once.  #2, If you have to ask what EAT is then you shouldn't be here!!!! People buying at 2 cents aren't looking to sell at 1.5 cents.....Not to say it might not tough 1.5 cents but the reality is Millions upon millions have traded at 2-.25 over the last 6 weeks. old_dog

1. No idea what your point is here. It did at one time trade over $2.  Nonetheless, it just sold for a 66% premium on the price it held yesterday.  That 66% premium is the significant part, and is what I used to shed some light on the nonsense of your initial post. 2. I've been in eat and supreme since 2016. Very well-acquainted with both.  At this point, it's clear you& ...more

Well first off your first post didn't bother me...it was your second post...and it appears I do respond to people that post. As far as being obtuse or disingenuous...far from it. I do believe that the new management can and is turning this company around. old_dog
