THEY HAVE ISSUED MORE THAN 179 MILLION SHARES IN LESS THAN 2 AND HALF MONTHS. MORE THAN 160% DILUTION. THIS IS MADNESS AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL WITHOUT ANY TANGIBLE NEWS OR DEAL ANNOUCED, USUALLY, IF THERE IS A DEAL, YOU ANNOUNCE T FIRST BEFORE DILUTION. MADNESS.
