So if spo issued 60 million shares at .034 then as I see it some people are willing to make a pretty big bet that they will soon be able to make profit from a .034 price and since they also put in an option to buy at .07 for 2 years then those same people must think that spo will be worth more than .07 in the next 2 years.

Buy at 1.5 cents, flip at 3-4. Rinse and repeat. This stock is going nowhere!
