There's another way to increase the stocks value instead of cosolidation. It's a repurchase program when the company buys back its own stocks. Myles and Sandy have 13M shares all together, probably they don't want to lose their capital due to proposed cosolidation.

WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE ? A LOT INSIDER BUYING AT 0.05 C , SPECIALLY GREEN ILANDS GLOBLE FUN BUY OVER 200 ML SHARES AT 0.02 AND 0.05 CENTS RANGES, I DONT THINK WE NEED CONSOLIDATION  AT 40 $ ML MARKET CAPS, IS THAT MAKE ANY SENSES ?

I was thinking consolidation for two reasons: 1) with over a billion shares out there, they cannot keep issueing new shares to raise funds without eventually turning investors off.  If they consolodate to a more suitable share count, they can then start issuing again to raise capitol, and 2) many investors and investment houses do not consider investing in companies with share prices below ...more
