May 11 selloff

on top of the debentures earlier this week all warrant holders (exp. aug 20) got mail outs recommending they convert soon as it can take a while if you are doing it by mail in, so I suspect some warrant holders were selling some shares to get the cash to exercise their .60 wts.   I was lucky and managed to sell some wts at 1.35 and 1.37 and then buy the stock at 1.90 and a few at 1.88 so ...more

Don't have millions of warrants but I do own a few. I will not be converting them over 3 months early to shares. Maybe late July. Like what you did selling a few warrants and buying back shares. I have switched both ways depending on better deal. Not in a hurry to reduce my numbers. I'll sell my truck or other stock to get the money to exercise warrants. Enjoy the Summer.

I'll probably buy wts back in the next little while also if they trade around  .65 below agb. I think the long time lag to convert is only if you do the mail in on your own, if you go thru your broker it should be very quick to do, at least it has been in the past for other stocks I've converted.  cheers  ferret
