Post buyout, we received cash and shares of Artemis Gold Inc. Can anyone enlighten me about what these represent and what possible value they may have?

Seems like the stock code is ARTTF on the American "Pink Sheets" exchange, also traded in Australia on the "AX" exchange. In Canadian dollars, the price seems to be around 3.4 cents per share.

Correction: I have just been told that the stock on the OTC Pink Sheet and the Australian Exchange is NOT Artemis Gold. Apparently Artemis Gold will appear soon on the Canadian exchange, and it may be that it's price is about $1 per share (I may be wrong on that). I should have more accurate news in a while.

242000000 shares AGB/20 = 12100000 shares Artemis issued. Artemis owns 18600000 shares of VLC@$0.48. $8,928,000/242,000,000 = 0.0369 x 20 = $0.74 per share There was also a loan deal with VLC that would allow repayment in shares at $0.25 and 93 million warrants good for 3 years @ $0.25.
