Silver Quest Commences Drilling on Davidson Property, BC

Silver Quest Resources (TSX VENTURE:SQI) ("SilverQuest" or "the Company") is pleased to report that a 20,000 metre drillprogram has commenced on the Davidson Property utilizing three drillrigs. Under joint venture (see news release dated March 29, 2011) withRichfield Ventures Corp. (TSX VENTURE:RVC) ("Richfield") the DavidsonProperty is located within the northern portion of Richfield'sBlackwater Gold Project, 100 km southwest of Vanderhoof in centralBritish Columbia. New Gold will have to honor the new JV. Remember that Richfield will be an independent company for a while until the takeover is finalized. Then it is the SQI and New Gold JV. Interesting the timing of the updated JV and today's takeover.

Because SQI is still a JV partner, could they be putting pressure on New Gold by starting drilling & making a statement that they better buy us out now. Is my thinking on the mark or am i offcourse.R !Bert

I'm putting all this forward because the market bought RVC up by close to $2.00, as opposed to 0.09 for SQI, far from 25% worth for sure.R !Bert

I also find the timing of the announcement of the JV, along with Randy's 150,000 shares bought the last month or so very interesting. With drills turning the timing is excellent for a big upswing. Just be patient, it will come.GLTA

Yeah, I saw the insider buying too! As Grandich has been saying for a while now, SQI's BC developments are a company maker alone with the Yukon play the bonus. I recall him mentioning that SQI might even spin out the BC properties as a separate company to grab that value; Lex also mentioned that (lexcorporation.com; he follows Grandich closely so he probably got that from him).
