Silver Quest Resources- Assets Spin Out??

I think SQI.v should spin out their assets. SpinCo.A -all Yukon Projects. and SQI.v -B.C Gold Projects-
Maybe they can call it Yukon Gold Quest -YGQ.v. I believe if the company this an asset spin out, this will make the company a more attractive take over for New Gold-NG.to

Would be a great deal for shareholders. Right now it's just my opinion.
