The NR states the "Value" at 1.32 ??  Why is the market not responding accordingly?  I have a hella of a scotch hangover and although have read the NR over and over again maybe I am missing something ??

The announcement just came out this a.m.   It will take a few days for all the brokerage firms and their experts to go through it and decide on the value.   In humble opinion I think that the value of both deals will continue to grow.
