Is green light for Sunrise imminent?
Completion of the Definitive Feasibility Study - June 25, 2018 - allows the Company to progress the next phase of development milestones, including finalisation of offtake agreements, completion of project financing and commencement of construction subject to the final investment decision, targeted for early 2019.
As a bottom feeder who looks for grossly under-valued plays, I find CLQ a highly attractive investment, particularly as it bounces off all-time lows.
But the most important investment attribute for CLQ is that the company is backed by the legendary mining magnate, Robert Friedland - a man who has minted many a millionaire.
CLQ is a no-brainer at these levels.

Did not the most recent CLQ graphic presentation indicate final investment decision via a downward pointing arrow pointing maybe at July 2019?

Stand corrected on timing. CLQ, nonetheless, remains a no-brainer investment at current prices. Make no mistake, Sunrise will get the go-ahead with Chinese financial backers!

I worry that potential financiers view the project as a gamble, in that the proposed processing has not been demonstrated with candidate equipment. CLQ is open in that engineering is not complete. Did add some though, maybe stupid move.
