I like performance based compensation tied to the share price, but I'd like to know the details of when and how these things vest... .34 is fine by me because it's higher than my average price; however, in all fairness, they shouldn't be exercisable unless the stock price goes above the .45 cent strike price of the warrants from the last financing. are these free shares (no price mentioned) ? If they are free, it is like top up to salaries, fees they get. How much are salaries? Shareholders do not benifit unless sp rises

Yeah, you're right, "shareholders do not benefit unless sp rises"... that's the case with any stock. If you click on the "Insiders" tab above you'll see that they are at .34 cents, and the press release has some details about how they vest. Definitely more info from the company is needed.
