Tourmaline consolidating the North Montney

So as of today it seems Storm is now surrounded by Mike Rose's little operation. And so far Tourmaline has been gobbing up the small fry with no real premium to market prices. It will be interesting to see where TOU makes it's next move but it seems they really like the northern part of the basin. GLTA ...

So this is from Tourmaline's press release July 16, 2021. Tourmaline's two-year consolidation initiative in the Alberta Deep basin and B.C. Montney complexes is now essentially complete. The company may pursue smaller asset deals or land purchases of a non-material nature, likely in 2022. There are currently no further large transactions planned. ...more
