In their new report they are estimating ‘22 AFFO/u of 90 cents (U.S) compared to 80 cents (U.S.) for ‘21. The reason given is the accretion from the new acquisitions announced. The additional units issued are factored in.

Q1 Update: ‘22 AFFO/u now estimate raised to 92 cents (U.S.$). The cap rate is down 25 basis points with a corresponding increase in NAV/u.
