ARE NEGOTIATIONS BETWEEN LAWYERS ONGOING?

Almost 6 months since the Quebec Court of Appeal hearings and yet NO news.
This shows that this legal case has some complexity in not bringing unanimity, consensus between the three sitting judges.  On the other hand, NO news generally meaning GOOD news, it all appears that this case will result in some negotiations settlement and therefore a somewhat compensation for shareholders.

I certainly hope it means good news.  It would be nice to see some sort of settlement on this. It would be nice to know how things are proceeding.
