It's hard to believe but the SCC said NO to us, door to appeal now closed. I always thought the law was black and white, now not sure, now think it's 50 shades of gray!! You know we just got F k-ed. What option is their to sell the company or merge with a bigger player. Who in their right mind would even consider after this fiasco dealing with Quebec and the Cree . What a Bloody P---Off after waiting and hoping all these years!
