Sen cleaned his couch

It looks like the good doctor found $100K in his couch cushions to fund Sproutly thru the wind down period. He paid himself $8k in 'finders fees' and gave himself more warrants.

It's hard to think of another scenario where an 'investor' would throw 100 grand on the fire. But it could have been one of the unicorns on the Discord board valiantly coming to save the day.

Toronto Herbal Remedies had 64-70 Rqleigh Ave auctioned off on August 22nd with the transaction closing date supposed to be September 23rd. Was the auction successful? How much did they receive?

Should have listened to myself and never touched ...more

I think you're right, shneps. There must be something fundamentally wrong with Infuz20 that Sen never communicated to 'us' and scared off everyone who looked closely at it. Looking back, I should have bailed completely when the Moosehead deal crumbled. They must have done DD and seen the issues, but it never got out to the public. The KCI deal is most likely a one-off that took a lot ...more

While I do think there are questions around scalability, I'm not entirely sure if replicability plays into it. Unless I'm missing some key info when it comes to Kalo's use case.  Personally, I think your latter theory is more accurate. Sen is arrogant and insufferable to work with. This is probably also playing into the issues of scaling Infuz20 as a product since nobody will ...more
