Sen's negligence

Sen being the CEO for years now and dismantling the board of directors to insulate himself has to count for something in terms of legal action.

There has been a clear pattern of negligence here due to his leadership. If this outcome leads to him securing the rights back to IBS, couldn't this warrant some sort of legal action on behalf of every other shareholder in this company?

You Discord guys should look into that angle while you're discussing legal action.
