Tunisian deal...

According to SPK they made a formal offer for the semi-depleted oil field. I assume that would include cash and stock based on an average trading price, so looks like its all about to happen I figure, based on recent trading....

Dec. 12/16 news release. ...The Company, through PTS-ME, has already expressed formal interest for a declining production field asset in Tunisia that is being divested by its current ownership. This field had a peak production of over 12,000 barrels oil per day ('bopd') and a last known production rate of 700 bopd
