Not gonna get torn up this time - Quant Research Group at quantresearch.net is a scam address. The jazz club b&b that is their office never heard of da'bums. Pretty desperate move bozo. If this dog is gonna fly Elmer has to leave the building. To quote my bud in DC, there is no concession.
