Print off the May 9, 2016 NR about the "awarded" concession. Print off any recent "Proposed Transactions" section of MDAs from SPK's filings. Hold onto them while you listen to Tom Wilson at the AGM. somebody wants to drive the price down to pick up cheap stock... considering the net-net positive news from the meeting mixed w the negatives, people appear to be confident in the outcomes in the works otherwise the smart money would dump and cut their losses.
