Tom Wilson controls this wretched mess
For those unfamiliar with how this works you need to know Tom controls a large number of shares through separate trusts and companies. That is how 21 million shares got voted the way he wants things. Balth, Did you end up getting your money back from Tom after the assurances from him and Kathleen M at the meeting? Obvious Wilson is ehind this. He and his friends better start buying, needs a tad more stock to block the impending coup next time around.
