After the news, we are looking to re enter near 7.50. The trend has changed from down to up and thuse pullbacks should be bought

I agree.  This is a Abitrage play until the deal closes. Upward price movement is now limited IMO which is unfortunate because of the bullish move in PM.   If PM prices are higher at the time this deal closes expect this stock to shoot higher.  Best to buy the dips until then.
